Since I was living in Bismarck, when the house went up for sale, I corresponded with Kim by phone and email. She did all of the leg work and put the house on the market. When the sign went up in the front of the house, within a day I had a counteroffer to buy which I declined. Within a couple more days, Kim had another buyer with a counteroffer which I accepted. After the sale was complete, a folder with all of the documents, from beginning to end, was presented to me. Kim did an excellent job of selling our house. Kim provided us with resources and support on selling our property. Our house was a double wide with 3 acres that interested buyers couldn’t get a regular loan because the house was too old. Kim worked hard for us to sell to a young couple that really wanted the property and land. There were so many hoops to go through. The property belonged to my parents in Montana and 5 of us children had inherited the property. Kim had to get lots of information and that was a challenge at times. Myself and my siblings are very thankful and happy for all the hard work she did for us. I would recommend Kim as a buyer and seller as I know she will do a great job for you also.
